Gastroenterology (GI)

 Lestonnac provides free GI services to the uninsured at the Orange clinic through the generosity of 3 volunteer providers. Patients are additionally able to receive GI consults through telemedicine. The majority of patients referred to GI are seeking treatment for conditions such as colon cancer screening and abnormal bowel movements.

Patients additionally have the ability to be referred for free colonoscopies through our Surgery Day waitlist.

In 2023, 403 patients received GI care via 524 visits, free of charge.
