Most of the clinic's patients come from low-income neighborhoods throughout Orange County, the largest number coming from Santa Ana.

In 2008, the Clinic's small staff, contract professionals, and volunteer physicians and nurses served 1,867 low-income patients through 11,047 visits. Patients were 80% Latino, 85% spoke Spanish only and 71% were women.
